A longtime resident of Mobile, AL passed away in his home with his family present on Tuesday morning, February 28th. Charles is survived by his wife, Susan of Mobile, AL, two sons Matthew (Melanie) Elliott of Mobile, AL and David Elliott of Mobile, AL – 2 grandchildren: Cameron and Sophia – 2 brothers: John Robert (Michele) Elliott of San Antonio, TX and Maurice Elliott of Mobile, AL – Mother Patsy (Jim) Carter of Mobile, AL along with nieces, nephews and many other loving relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm followed by a Memorial Service at Pine Crest Funeral Home, 1939 Dauphin Island Parkway, Mobile, AL, 36605.
