Cecil retired from Mobile Aero Space Center. He loved spending time with his family and enjoyed fishing, hunting, spending time outdoors. He was a member of Evangel Temple Assembly of God in Theodore, Alabama.
Cecil was preceded in death by his parents, Grady and Reba Thomas Goodwin
surviving his loving and devoted wife, Glenda Blankenship Goodwin; children, Timothy (Cammie) Goodwin, Cecilia Goodwin and Brian Goodwin; grandchildren, Kayla Goodwin, Grace Goodwin, Christy Goodwin, Brandon Wiley, Shane Wiley, Bailey Goodwin and Brinley Goodwin; great grandchildren, Jake Goodwin, Hazel Goodwin, Maverick Wallace and Brenden Wiley; sister, Shirley Pate also, survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
