Carolyn Dees Bowers

Mrs. Carolyn Dees Bowers, age 84 , native of Grand Bay, AL, passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2014. She is preceded in death by her parents, Enoch and Maude Dees and loving husband of 40 years, William “Bill” Bowers. Mrs. Bowers is survived by her children, Kim Downey, Grand Bay, AL, Billy (Kathy) Bowers, Bryan, TX and Bobby (Suzie) Bowers, Tucson, AZ. She also leaves to cherish her memory, son-in-law Gordon Downey, Grand Bay, AL, grandchildren, Dylan, Grand Bay, AL, Sara Downey, Pensacola, FL, very special great-grand “son” Issaih Downey, Grand Bay, AL and other extended family and friends. Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home on Monday, October 6, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Chapel services will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Union Church Cemetery, Grand Bay, AL.
