Carol Frances Butler

The funeral service will be held Wednesday July 19, 2017 at Pine Crest Funeral Home and Cemetery. Visitation will be held at 10:00 am with funeral service to follow at 11:00 am.

Carol was born in Andalusia, AL on March 6, 1954. She was a graduate of Davidson High School in Mobile, AL. Carol was married to Jimmie L. Butler on September 8, 1972; they were married 44 years. She enjoyed spending time with family, shopping, and watching soap operas.

Carol is survived by her husband, Jimmie Butler; daughter, Jessica Olive (Cole); grandson, Dylan Olive; mother, Martha Walters; brothers, Bill Walters, David Walters (Dana); sisters, Janet Cobb (Johnny), Susan Ellis (Victor); nieces, Bethany Cobb, Hallie Ruth Walters; nephews, Levi Walters; Zeke Walters; Seth Walters, and Jason Ellis.

Carol is preceded in death by her father, Charles J. Walters.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to The American Diabetes Association.
