Carl Grant Morgan

Carl Grant Morgan of Mobile, AL (86 years old), rejoined his loving wife Carmen “Boots” Morgan after being separated for 8 months. They were married for 49 years. Carl is survived by his daughter, Tina Landers (Robby Landers) of Foley, AL. He is preceded in death by daughters Lisa Morgan and Thereisia Lila of York, SC. He dearly loved his granddaughters Ann Preidl (Timothy Curry) of Fairhope, AL Jennifer Landers (Joshua Scott) of Foley, AL and Gina Bush (Dusty Bush) of Fairhope, AL.

His combined family with Boots – there are just too many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren to count.

Carl was full of life, laughter, and love. He was such a fun character and always made everyone laugh. We will dearly miss the silly shenanigans from our Papaw. His nickname was “Booger” for a reason.

Booger and Boots were huge fans of Elvis and Alabama Football. Roll Tide!

As Carl always said to everyone, “Thank you – Thank you very much!”

Visitation for Carl will be held on Thursday, June 22, 2023 from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. at Pine Crest Funeral Home on Dauphin Island Parkway in Mobile, with a chapel service immediately following. Interment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery.
