Althea Jane Mix Leslie of Mobile died Friday, April 26, 2013. She was born December 31, 1922 in Shreveport, LA, and moved to Mobile in the early 1950s with her husband, Herman W. “Jim” Leslie who preceded her in death. Althea was a loving and devoted mother of seven children: Eric R. Leslie (deceased) and is survived by Pam Hebert (Bill), Tim Leslie (Cathy), Darlene Haun, Kevin Leslie (Toni), Chris Leslie (Monica) and Tina Leslie, 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at a visitation at Radney Funeral Home Monday, April 29 from 6 – 8 PM. Funeral services will be held at Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street on Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at 12 noon. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
