Dear Phil, Thank  you for all the memories and sharing your life with us. We may have lost you but heaven gained another angel. I know you will be watching over us, smiling and peaceful with God our father.  We will surely miss you especially Lucas and Lilah. You will always be forever in their hearts Grandpa Phil!

I have only seen you smile. Even in our last call, I felt it through the phone. You truly seem to know how to enjoy life.

One day, I was going out of town and I am so scared to tell my stepdad that I was going to San Francisco so I told him that I will go camping with my bestfriends so he would let me go. But everyone in the family including Phil knows I am going to San Francisco so that no one will snitch me to my stepdad. From that day, whenever I go out of the house Phil will tease me, “going to camping?” and we will both laugh. I will miss those times. Phil, please guide me on my future campings (out of town). 

Phil, you helped raise me since I was eleven years old and I wouldn’t be half the person I am today without your care and guidance. I will cherish all our pleasant and joyful memories forever and you will be greatly missed by everyone.  I’m glad to have spent quality time with you this past summer during our camping trip in Big Bear. I know that you’re resting in peace and in a better place now. Thank you, Phil, for everything you have done for all of us.

Thank you Phil for all the fun and happy memories you’ve shared with us. Lucas and Lilah will surely miss you. You’ve made everyone happy and we treasure every single moment you’ve spent with us.  We will miss all the laughter and exciting activities, specially this coming holidays.

There are no goodbyes for us, wherever you are, you will always be in our hearts.

"What is Leeonn gonna get for Christmas/ his birthday?", always you would ask.  These words and how you tease/play peek-a-boo with the kids through video calls, we will always remember.  We regret not to have met you in person but, with gratitude and joy, we will treasure your presence in our lives forever.  Our hearts are heavy for losing you, but as we mourn your passing, we continue to celebrate your life. Thank you for everything, Tito Phil, specially for being with Mama through the years. Phillip and I met on August 22, 2021.
We did not actually see each other until August 23rd. We were sharing a room at Saddleback Hospital that had a curtain between us. We decided to FaceTime. We were laughing and joking so loud the nurses closed our room door.
The second night, we pretended to be asleep after the shift change. The new shift did not want to wake us, so we slept better that night- Phillip also had a new pain medicine that helped. Told Grace he was sawing logs. I admire and respect him.          I will never forget him. Richard Foster 

You left us way too soon. We've had so many memories together. I should have known that phone call was your good bye. I know you knew I wasn't accepting it so you never really said good bye. I could hear the smile in your voice when I was reminiscing about when we played house, army men, school, etc. You told me "those are the stories I want to hear". You sounded so peaceful. We've been through so much in life together...the good, the bad, and the ugly. I'm going to miss all our fun times. And even our sad times. I know you already know this though because I screamed it to you the day before. 
Christmas will definitely be different. And I know you are waiting to see who's going to step up to the plate. Give us a bit to figure that out... you will be hard to replace.

Growing up you always made sure I was happy and had the material things in life, but as your days was coming short you show me God’s Love through you as you reflected God’s Love for I to see………
You also had nickname for our daughter,cousins, and even our pets and friends you would bring laughter and smiles when I was down and soon it lifted me up in spirit.
You also showed me good work ethics and even gave me employment from referrals from you we’ve became Professional Delivery driver for over 35 years in San Diego, Ca. 
I also want to thank your wife Grace for she care for you like her name with GRACE and as you passed she remains to show love and care for you as if you’re still with her, I pray to God that he may comfort her and heal her hurt so you may see from Heaven her Love for you uncle Phil💕
