Jacqueline Rose Abac, age 24, of Aliso Viejo, formerly of Costa Mesa, passed away peacefully on October 14, 2024, at 5:26 PM. Born on May 26, 2000, Jackie was a source of joy and love for all who knew her.
A passionate dancer and swimmer, Jackie approached life with infectious enthusiasm. She had a special fondness for Barbies, adored Disneyland, and cherished her favorite princess, Ariel. Her adventurous spirit was evident in her love for Lilo and Stitch, her unforgettable experience swimming with dolphins in Hawaii, and her family trips to Mexico. Jackie's vibrant personality shone through her many activities. As a member of Team Sparkle, she cheered for her brothers at their football games. At Estancia High School, she proudly participated in the Southern California Special Olympics as a member of the basketball team. Later, at Saddleback College, she showcased her talent in aquatics, earning an impressive 2nd place in the freestyle competition.
Jackie’s radiant spirit and love for life will be profoundly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her parents, Sergio M. Abac and Ruby G. Mendez, and her five siblings: Christopher, Carmen, Paulina, Anthony, and Sergio Abac. Jackie leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories that will forever hold a special place in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know her.
In honor of Jackie, her family invites those who knew and loved her to celebrate her life through shared stories and fond memories. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 6th, 2024, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at Fairhaven Memorial Services, 27856 Center Drive, Mission Viejo. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, November 7th, at 3:00 PM, with a reception to follow at Fairhaven Memorial Services. Jackie will be laid to rest in a private service at El Toro Memorial Park in Lake Forest.
