Fun times during the summer and at Disney land

Adam and I had a great bond when he started playing for Ocrebelz. Shortly after, he and I started having private Basketball lessons together. I specifically remember two weeks after our first lesson, I received a text message from his wonderful mother, Maria, and it was a photo of Adam earning his first MVP. Adam’s excitement and happiness in the photo was priceless . Adam will always have a special place in my heart. May God bless the Raine family.

To the Raine Family,  We are so very sorry for your loss. Our son Rocco had the pleasure of playing basketball with Adam and enjoyed sharing the court with him. He was a great player and a very nice boy. Sending our deepest condolences.

Maria, several years ago you brought yourself and your children to Long Beach to have lunch with Jennifer and I. 

What I thought then, and remember now, is “this is a special family.”

Special families result from strong and good mothers. 

You are a very strong and very good mother.

Adam was a fun and lively team mate when our kids were young. We remember him as being a silly and happy little swimmer that was FAST and encouraging to others. Adam will always be remembered as this positive influence to my little dolphins. We offer prayers, love and condolences for your family during this incredibly challenging time. You are all loved so much by this community!

Adam truly had a spark that left a lasting impression. His kindness, curiosity, and silliness  stayed with me long after my time as his nanny ended. He was such a joy to spend time with and his light will shine on forever in the hearts of all who were lucky enough to know and love him. May his memory be a blessing to those who will be touched by his story and impact.

My heart is broken by the news of Adam's passing. Adam was such a sweet soul. I had the privilege of knowing Adam during some of his earliest years. His sweet and caring nature, playfulness, and hilariously cute mischief stood out most to me. My time with Adam was filled with fun and adventure and I will forever cherish the memories of this sweet little boy and all of our train park visits.
