Reyes Cordova Jr.

Reyes is preceded in death by his, parents, Reyes and Maria G. Cordova, sisters, Maria Luisa Cordova, Maria Cordova and brother, Esteban Cordova.

Reyes is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Maria Elena Cordova; children, Magdalena (Anastacio Riojas) Cordova, Reyes (Monica L.) Cordova III, Haydee (Derek Sanders) Cordova, Hilda Cordova; grandchildren, Natalie Cordova, Nicholas Riojas, Nia Sanders, Mariana Cordova, Rafael Cordova; siblings, Santos (Ramona) Cordova, Rey D. (Dalia) Cordova, Tomasa (Elijio Sr.) Mendoza, San Juana (Hector G.) Garcia, Maria (Pedro) Avalos, Guadalupe (Alfredo) Garcia and Petra Cordova.

Family will receive friends today, Friday, September 26, 2014 from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary at Skinner-Silva Funeral Home, 706 W. Sam Houston in Pharr. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 9 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Church in San Juan. As per Mr. Cordova’s wishes all services will conclude at the church.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Funeraria del Angel in Mission, a dignity memorial provider, 3611 N. Taylor Rd. in Mission.
