Miguel Angel Pena

Born and raised in McAllen, Texas, to Ernesto and Aurora Pena of McAllen, Tx, on October 23rd, 1988.

Mike had been a long-time resident of Magnolia, TX, Montgomery County. There, Mike formed and raised a family with his wife, Brittany Peña. Together, they had three beautiful children, Logann Rae, Luke Owen, and Landyn Reese. Mike also had a daughter from a previous relationship, Aubree Peña from Arizona. Through his marriage with Brittany, Mike gained a stepdaughter, Laylah Grace, whom he loved and raised as his own.

Mike was a gun enthusiast. His past time included cleaning his guns and going to gun ranges with his wife to land that perfect shot. He enjoyed BBQing regularly for his family, picking on his sisters and nephews Damien and Andrew. Also, the endless insiders and jokes he and his brother-in-law shared regularly.

Mike was a kid at heart with his home often overrun with Nerf guns, hide and seek, wrestling matches, arm wrestling, anything he could get his hands on to make his kids have the time of their lives. A presence that will be greatly missed by everyone.

Mike is preceded in death by his grandparents; Consuelo B Prieto, Alejo Garza, and Zaragoza Peña.

He is survived by his wife, Brittany Peña, their five children; his parents, his sisters Maribel (Rene) De Los Santos from Edinburg, TX, and Melissa Pena from Khema, TX, and grandmother Gregoria Peña out of Hidalgo, TX. Numerous nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins all over Texas.
