Joe D. Mata, age 53, of Mission, Texas passed away on Friday, January 27, 2023.
He is survived by his loving wife Maribel Mata; his children Jose D. Mata Jr. and Jacquiline(F. Andres Rivera) Dee Mata de Rivera; and his siblings Martha E. Mata and Isaac(Dahlia D.) Mata.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission from 1:00 pm and will carry on overnight with a rosary recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission.
