Jesus approached his family, work, community, and life with passion and purpose. A lifelong love for animals saw him practice as a veterinarian for many years. Jesus carried a particular affinity for horses but his specialty was training K9’s for various law enforcement agencies. Jesus would generously share his time to support several dog advocacy groups and community members who needed him at any time. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, and kayaking with his family was something that brought him joy the past few years. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Jesus is survived by his spouse, Rosina Maria Ayala; his daughter Rosina Pfister (son in-law Kyle Pfister); his sons Chuy Ayala, and Jerry Ayala; his grandson Julian Pfister, his sisters Irasema, Lupita, and Maribel, his brothers Homero, Jose Angel, Joel, and Mario.
Jesus was preceded in death by his father Homero Ayala, his mother, Aurora Montemayor and his brother Rolando.
A Memorial Service for Jesus will be held Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel, Mission, TX, with the religious service at 6:00 PM
