Elizabeth was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed working in her yard tending to her roses and hibiscus. She loved reading especially poetry in Spanish and watching basketball games on TV. Her favorite songs were "Que Sera, Sera" and "Los Laureles". She loved getting dressed up, posing for photos and eating out especially at Koko's. Her favorite colors were red and fuchsia. Most of all, she loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Her laughter, stories of her childhood in her beloved Fronton, her kindness, encouragement and wisdom will be greatly missed and leave an incredible void in all the lived she touched.
