He knows how to keep his ACLS &/or PALs class alive by integrating funny videos and jokes during the class.....Cesar, I just found out today.......May you rest in peace.

You will be missed my friend. 
Over the last 20 years you were my mentor, my colleague, but most importantly my friend. You had a great passion for teaching and for our profession. Your legacy will go on thru those of us who share that passion.  
Our prayers to the Garcia family during this difficult time. Edna, you and the boys were his pride and joy. Josh, your dad was very proud of you (and your computer skills).  Know that he is now watching over you; so keep making him proud.

Cesar was a great HS classmate of mine at Valley Grande Academy in the mid to late 80's.  My condolensces to his wife and family. He had a great sense of humor and was a very hard worker. I will never forget him and his positive attitude--May God bless...

Prayers for the Garcia Family in this hard times may Our Lord Jesus Christ comfort you heart in this difficult times.   Cesar touched many lives , thank you for your  dedication  teaching  us ACLS/PALS we will miss you .

On behalf of all of us in the South Texas Mustang Club, our hearts go out to the Garcia Family.   Cesar was a wonderful member who always included his family in STMC events.   May he rest in peace.   We will miss him dearly.   We will continue to keep Cesar's wife, kids and entire family in our thoughts and prayers.

I will always remember Mr. Cesar Garcia as the serious and dedicated student, instructor and program director of the Allied Health Profession in the Rio Grande Valley.  Cesar and I have worked together on many projects and no one can challenge or question his professional dedication.  As some of his admirers have stated in the previous comments; his family was always first.  To Edna and his lovely children I ask for forgiveness for regretfully I'm in a remote part of the world and I can't possibly attend the funeral services. Upon hearing of his passing, I shed my tears here in Afghanistan. I will miss my friend dearly.  Like Howard and Ray commented, we will see him later.

A great loss for the EMS system and health care in general. What an outstanding person and mentor! You touched so many lives and I'm proud to say that you pushed me forward to exceed as a paramedic. May you rest in peace.

May your tears help to wash this pain from your souls.  May your hearts be filled with wonderful memories of the joyful family times together.  God has blessed each of us by having known Cesar.  Our lives were so much richer and now Heaven celebrates his arrival. Be comforted as you get throught the days ahead.  He touched so many lives and helped so many others to help so many more.  May God bless you and keep you safe.  Heaven with Cesar, our new angel will watch over you and keep you!

Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you. Mr. Garcia was a great instructor. He brightened everyone's day. He will be missed.

Condolences to the family.  I remember the early medic days I spent with Cesar back in the late '80s.  He will be missed.

So sorry to hear of Cesar's passing.  I knew him at STC as a colleague, and he was also a student of mine in the ADN program.  Cesar was always very kind and professional, easy to work with.  He will be missed.

To the Garcia family my condolences but heaven has gained a wonderful angel.  I have had the pleasure of knowing Cesar as he was my Paramedic instructor.  He believed in me so much and gave me the confidence to go and achieve more and advance my medical career.  Thank you, Cesar and you will never be forgotten.

Edna I am so sorry for your husbands loss. May the Lord give you comfort during this hard time.

Respected and admired for his 20 years of devoted service to South Texas College; Mr. Garcia will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Garcia Family... from the Office of Human Resources.

My heart goes out to the Garcia family .,.. The nursing allied health suffered a big loss and he will be in our memories forever.

Cesar and I have been friends since the late 80's when I was a Paramedic in Brownsville. Lately, I didn't see him as often as I would have liked (both of our faults), but we had the kind of relationship only guys can have where we pick up right where we last left off when we would see each other again. 

He was a devoted son, husband, father and Paramedic. His family always came first, but his profession was a close second.  He was one of the best medics I've ever worked with. Between his work as a medic and all of the students he has taught through the years, he has been responsible for many saved lives. I trust there is a special place in Heaven that was waiting for him. 

To the Garcia family, my prayers are with you in this difficult time.  To Cesar....I'm gonna' miss you buddy.  I'll see you when I get there.

Garcia family you are in my thoughts and prayers. I had the privilege to see Cesar 2 months ago. He was a wonderful, intelligent, hard working person, and the best ACLS/PALS  instructor. His face lit up when I asked him about his children and  family.  We will truly miss you
