He is preceded in death by his son Jorge Villarreal and his grandson Victor Villarreal.
He is survived by his wife Bertha Villarreal; his children Onorio Villarreal (Gabriela Villarreal), Úrsula Barrera (Eliazar Barrera) and Aida Guerrero (Daniel Guerrero); 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27, 2020 at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral mass will be held on Monday, September 28, 2020 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Mission. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission.
