Thinking of you today Valerie.  Missing the fun times we spent together.   I messaged Rochelle and Ann today and sadly thought of how we can no longer reunite.   Just wanted to put it out there. I know you hear me.  Sending a big hug to you.

I had known Valerie for more than 30 years, and would see her every other week to do my nails.  We had a kinship and a friendship.  I will deeply miss her laughter and stories.

I’m so sad and very sorry to hear of Valerie’s passing. I haven’t seen Valerie in so many years and more recently began messaging with her hoping we could get together soon.  So sad that cannot be. 
We worked together in the 80s. We had so much fun and so many laughs.  Hanging out by Val’s pool or on the beach on our weekends and going clubbing with all “the girls.”  And sometimes Ernie would drop us off and pick us up.   The one thing that eases my heart is I know Ernie was right there waiting for Val and they’re together again.   Ernie loved Val so much.  I will always smile thinking of that. Rest In Peace Valerie.  ❤️

  I had the great fortune of meeting Valerie when she was young,  She came to me for manicures .  Her enthusiasm for the beauty business grew and she got her license.  We worked together for many a year.  She was like my baby sister!
    We would giggle over storybook movies such as "Princess Bride"  and the latest male actor Valerie was in love with.  Creating  nail art for our clients and bringing them joy. Valerie always said that was the happiest time in her life!   She loved her heels and to look sharp, 
  Ernie was her rock,  mentor,  lover,  and companion.  The tragedy that befelt them was devastating.  I believe that they are together, once again  forever after.
