She would plan on a meal for 6, and prepare enough for 60. Her recipes are used in her son Steve's deli (Dink's Deli of Valencia, www.dinksdeli.com). She taught everyone there how to cook. People rave about her matza ball soup, on the menu as "Nana's Homemade Matza Ball Soup". She nurtured and nourished.
