My dearest friend Mcque. I was really saddened by the news about your new journey now. Your journey with the Lord in his kingdom. I know it's not yet late for me to express that i treasure our friendship during our College days and until we met after years and years again. We even had dinner at your old house in mandaluyong . Your smile can not be forgottern..Fly high with the Lord and we are still prying for your good soul...

Whenever I reminisce our college days, MA-KE is in the picture. i remember her "ngiti" when she passes by and how she would comb her hair every class.

you may not know me Marjorie, Madel, Mabel, Mian but i am hurting with you. God loves you and so do I.

Last night, as i recall Mcque during our college days... i can't help but notice that she always carry a plastic bag of National Bookstore.  Then one day, out of curiosity, I asked her about it and she laughingly answered, "oh that's my civilian clothes for after an school hang out".   (I thought that sweet to remember).    Anyway,  I want to say... Mcque, sleep well in the arms of our Lord. No more pain. Don't worry about your girls because you'll be constantly looking down on them....and a favor to ask...please whisper to God for all of us here that you left.

I am deeply saddened to hear Marivics' ("Mcque") passing. Although we never met again since our graduation in college, her friendly smile still stuck me. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family especially to her daughters at this difficult time.

It's been weeks and I still can't believe that you're gone.   We may not talk as often as we could or hang out like we used to but just knowing that you are around, a phone call or a short drive away gives me a sense of peace and contentment.   I remember the last time we talked.  You told me how happy and proud you are of how the girls turned out.  The excitement that Emilia brings in your life.  It's not fair that your life was cut short but HE must have bigger plans for you. 
Farewell my dear friend.  It will take time for the pain and sadness you left in my heart to heal but I will take comfort from the memories we shared together.  It was a privilege to know you and to have shared happy and sad moments with you. Rest in peace my dearest. I will always love you.

Life given to you maybe too short but God wanted you to be with HIM and there was nothing anyone can do.  Your daughters will face life bravely and that is because they saw in you how brave u had face life.  Everytime I would realize that you are gone, I would look back to that last time we saw each other and said goodbye, then I would remember how happy you were.   I will say a prayer for you everyday.. My ever dearest Marivic, 

We were just re-united a few weeks ago and now suddenly you are gone... I was so excited to have seen you but now my heart is aching because of your passing. Had I known it was our last meeting, I wouldn't have released you from our warm embrace. I missed you so much Marivic, hence this trip to LA. We even had plans to see our other close friends from Traders Bank for a mini re-union, but God had other better plans for you.

You will surely be missed! Our friendship of 33 years will never be forgotten.  I am truly blessed to have been given the chance to see you and be with you.  One afternoon and evening was not enough to reminisce all the good old days we shared together.

I will always remember the loving and beautiful person within you.  You have passed this gift on to your four wonderful daughters.

I am at a loss for words... Maque's passing came like a blow strong enough to keep me mum! I know there is nothing for me to say that will make things easier for the four lovely daughters she raised. One thing for sure is, you all made your Mother proud... Marivic was such a sincere, honest and kindhearted friend. What you see is what you get! We need more of her kind in this world... Up to now, I still could not believe that she has finally joined our Creator. You will always be missed, my dear Maque... The laughter, tears and everything we've shared! I know people who know her best can understand what I cannot put into words. Rest in peace, Marivic!

May fond memories of your mom and the love of family and friends bring comfort during this difficult time. I will miss my friend dearly, but the friendship we had will never be forgotten. My heartfelt condolences to the family.
