It is with deep sadness the family announces the passing of Bill Pennington on November 30, 2019 at the age of 95. He will be sadly missed by his wife Carmen of 43 years; children Margaret (Anton), Nancy, Tom
( Tammy) and Melissa; 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren as well as nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He is predeceased by his parents Tom and Annie and brothers Ralph and Gordon.
