John Magnus Blair Johannessen

July 9, 1931 – January 16, 2014

John passed away peacefully in Mission surrounded by his family. Family was the most important thing to him. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Donna of 58 years and his four sons: Donald (Joan), David, Douglas (Carrie), and Duncan (Sophie); grandchildren: Kayla (Brad), Arraghan, Kelsey, Anne, Rose, Theoren and Christopher. He is also survived by his sister Irene and brother Donald (Bobbi) as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his three brothers: Conrad, Duncan and David. A memorial service will be held on January 25, 2014 at St. Andrews United Church at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choosing.
