Tony Richard Beatty, age 66, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2020. He was born on February 16, 1954 in Charlotte, NC to the late Elvie Beatty and Agnes Wilson Beatty.
Tony was a simple person who loved life. He enjoyed the outdoors, gardening and drawing. He had a passion for caring for animals.
He is survived by his siblings, Tommy Beatty and wife Carolyn, Diane Pence and husband Larry, and Brenda Shipman and husband Robert.
A visitation will be held from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at McEwen Funeral Service-Mint Hill Chapel with a funeral service to start at 1:00 pm. Burial to follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.
