To my  "brother John"
 We are going to miss you so much. We have been through so much together, starting with the good, the bad, the happy and the sad.  This happens to be one of the very sad times.  I am going to ask you to learn how to make a good cup of coffee so we can stop growing hair on our chest.  Perhaps instead we will just go and get the breakfast special with FREE coffee.

We will always love you and miss you, until we meet again!

John was the best! After my dad passed away, John & Vicki took me & my kids in. There’s nothing in this world that could ever repay them for what they did for me. God definitely gained another Angel with this one. My heart breaks for Vicki & Lisa but I hope they find comfort knowing he is now at peace. I love you all

There are so many memories to share from saving me from a bee in my home in NY to convincing me to move to NC. John was always there for everyone no matter what. I remember sitting at the coffee table talking for hours. I remember him yelling in the phone hey debbie it's me uncle John like I did not know. He was always there for me and my children. His door was always open. He will forever be missed and loved. 

Lisa and Vickie, 
I am so sorry we lost John so suddenly. The comfort is that he is a beloved child of our Heavenly Father and now he is in Heaven with no pain and suffering. 
I will miss his smile and wit; he always had something to say to make us laugh. His love and dedication for his family is to be admired and to be set as an example for all of us.  
He helped raise Lisa and then her children, our grandchildren. And for that I am forever grateful for his love and dedication.

John was one of a kind.  One of the nicest people I've ever known, with a heart of gold. We shared many laughs together in the 80's into the 90's. My heart is with you Vicky and Lisa.

Uncle John, I have so many memories growing up.. cutting your hair oh how you loved your hair, your fanny pack teasing that you couldn't talk and drive at the same time , taking Joseph and I to that amusement park when you lived in Baldwin and the love you had for all of us. God gained another angel, please watch over us and spread your wings.
