John Daniel "Danny" Evans, age 69, of Matthews, North Carolina passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at home surrounded by family. John was born May 5, 1952 Charlotte, NC. Widower of the late, Mary Ruth Evans.
Survivors include his sister, Wanda Carol, sons and daughter, John David, John Austin, Heather Evans; two grandchildren, Luke Mason and Jacob Daniel. He was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia "Patti" Anne.
A memorial gathering for John will be held Sunday, November 21, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at McEwen Funeral Service-Mint Hill Chapel, 7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Road, Charlotte, NC 28227.
