Joe Casper Horne, Sr., of Mint Hill, North Carolina, passed away Thursday, October 21, 2021. He was 65 years old.

Joe was born March 10, 1956 in Wadesboro, North Carolina.

A visitation for Joe will be held Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm at McEwen Funeral Service-Mint Hill Chapel, 7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Road, Mint Hill, North Carolina 28227, with a funeral service to follow at 1:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens, 8901 Lawyers Road, Charlotte, North Carolina 28227.
