Helen Christenbury Readling, age 98, of Charlotte, North Carolina, went to be with her Lord and Savior February 11, 2016. She was a member of Woodlawn Baptist Church and is survived by her daughters, Gail Wood and Paula Caldwell.
Her family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 16, at McEwen Funeral Service, Mint Hill Chapel, 7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Road in Mint Hill. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Arlington Baptist Church in Mint Hill. Interment will follow in Mt. Zion Community Cemetery in Cornelius.
Arrangements are under the direction of McEwen Funeral Service, Mint Hill Chapel in Mint Hill, North Carolina.
