Thank you, Tyler’s family, for the blessings I received by having Tyler in my InReach music class. When he walked in to the classroom, he brought a ray of sunshine  and joy that we all felt. He was a super bell ringer and stick player! His smile lit up the entire room. We  shall all miss him.

Tyler always had a smile on his face. A smile that could brighten your day no matter how bad it could have been. We shared so many memories, looking at train videos on his I pad, taking trips to events, eating breakfast on wednesdays as a group, or dancing away at special events. He always brought joy and smiles anyplace he went. Though your time was short on earth, I can't wait to see you again in Heaven.

I will forever have warm and loving memories of Tyler...his eternal smile and hugs, his laugh, and his sweet personality.  Tyler was one of those special students I went looking for in the school when I needed a little pick-me-up because he always made me feel like he was so glad to see me.  But he did that for everyone, not just me.  Tyler brought joy into the school and into the classroom.  I will forever keep his spirit in my heart and soul.

Sending our deepest condolences for the loss of Tyler.  We will always remember his smiling face as he drove the golf cart around the neighborhood.  ❤️

I recall dancing in the streets with Tyler and singing in Amish Country.  Tyler’s joy and ability to live in the moment were a gift in life.  He had moves too.

Scott, Brenden, Trevor and I have been gone from Charlotte for a LONG time but Cathy Grammer knew how special Tyler and Trevor’s elementary school friendship was to all of us. A rare gift of two little boys who just enjoyed each other without words. I am so thankful she let us know Tyler is now in his Heavenly home.
You and Dave were the most amazing parents! Tyler’s biggest advocates to have him live a normal life. That sweet boy touch so many lives and I am a life changed for the better because of him. ❤️🙏🏼❤️
Brenden and Trevor have both followed us to Denver.  I will let them both know Tyler is a train engineer in Heaven. Trevor will totally get it.

We honestly don't know where to  begin with all the memories our  TyTy has given us.  One of the first memories we have is when you were born.  Back then, no one was allowed in the room with your mom except for your dad. Uncle Steve & I were going to be present.  We stood at the door listening for your arrival.  When a nurse came out, Uncle Steve put his foot in the door & we both snuck in & head behind the curtain.  There was no way we weren't going to be there to hear your first breath.   We were excited to have our first nephew & felt we should buy you every loud toy on the market so you could entertain your parents.   We never thought about one day having kids of our own & what that payback might look like. As you grew older, you really loved sounds, bodily sounds.  Well between your dad & Uncle Steve, you had your bodily sounds.   We watched your growth in music, dancing, your iPad, tractors & most of all trains. When a song with a good beat (or bad beat) came on, you started jumping & dancing to the beat.  If you had a grip on anyone, that person had no choice but to jump & dance. Your iPad was special.  You learned to facetime.  Needless to say, when you could see us on demand, we started getting lots of calls.   We  can imagine the glory you are experiencing now! God placed you on this earth to do his work & boy did you do it!  The lives you touched throughout the years have been unbelievable.  Each person you ever met walked away with something from you.  Now that your work is done here, we know we must let you go & enjoy all the riches of heaven.  We can each say, job well done Tyler. The loss is deep for us. However, we know you are in our hearts & will always be.  We will always walk alongside your parents & Faith.  They will never be alone, & we will love them through your departure. Not sure where to begin. To be honest I’ve never imagined id have to write this. Tyler, you have given me more laughs then I could even count. Your pure heart and pure mind will forever be cherished not only by the Parker family and by all of your friends. Growing up you were the only boy I had ever met that loved when I farted or burped. As I grew older I realized I was “immature” or “inappropriate” for me to burp in public but I would always try to sneak a burp in for you ;) and hearing your laugh made it all worth it. No matter the time or the place, you always made me smile and would lighten the mood. You are the definition of light in the world and others should take note of how you treated people and how they felt when in your presence. My favorite thing to do with you was let you pull on my elastic waist band because your laugh was the most rewarding sound and so contagious.  Not sure what else to say besides the fact that you touched every single person’s heart that you came in contact with. You showed us how we should love, how we should smile, and how we should treat others. Your positive attitude will forever be an example of how I want to act as I continue this walk in life.

We love you Ty Ty and I can’t wait to hear your sweet voice and see your sweet smile again.

This is the time my sister and I took Tyler to Joy Prom at Carmel Baptist. He danced more than anything and a smile never left his face. I am so thankful that I was able to have that special night with Tyler. I will forever hold it close to my heart. 

My daughter, Erin, shared music class with Tyler.  She saw the notice of his passing on FaceBook and had me read the obituary to her.  She told me that Tyler is in Heaven, out of his wheelchair, singing and dancing.  I never met Tyler, but I did meet his "smile" . .  and saw that smile light up the whole room.  How blessed Erin was to have Tyler in her life.  Ernie and Val, thank you for taking such sweet care of him.  Miss Sharon, Erin has told me how much you cared for and helped Tyler.  Parker family, Tyler was a beautiful reflection of the LOVE in which he was raised and my prayers are with you.  His light will be missed.

From Uncle Gordy...My favorite memories are all the hours (and I mean hours) that Tyler and I spent Face timing each other and doing nothing but bodily noises and saying “AYY” constantly and me singing my silly songs to him. I remember making a video of me doing normal everyday things around the house but “somehow” failing and he laughed so hard at that. I will miss you my little buddy. To my sister Laura and my brother in law Dave and my niece Faith, I repeat part of Matthew 25:23 “Well done good and faithful servant”. You did a fantastic job raising that loving boy.

My first experience meeting Tyler was a blast.  I was Dave's computer guy at ER Plumbing and Dave needed some help at his house.  When I came in Tyler was a glow with laughter as he was on the tablet with Uncle Gordy and Tyler was getting Uncle Gordy  to do burp noises over and over again.  It must have gone on forever.  The two of them had such genuine laughter and amusement it was contagious!

Dave, Laura and Faith.  As the time goes by you will remember all those times with fondness.  The good memories will see you through and knowing that our Lord is faithful and Tyler has met Jesus! Wow.  I bet he is singing and dancing and enjoying every bit of it now.

Thank you for loving Tyler the way you did and for being that example even when things weren't easy.

 Tyler, where do I start pal.  How the time has flown by having you in our home.  Tyler the love you showed every day, from the "hey", to the hugs, grabbing our hands, smiling all the time.  I loved singing with you, Randy & Sean in the truck.  I liked taking you to Lowes or Home Depot to sit on the riding tractors.  I loved having you riding with me on our big tractor.  The little things would make you happy.  Then to play fart or burp sounds on our speaker nice and loud.  You would laugh so hard we all would laugh with you.  You just loved to laugh.  I enjoyed taking you on a train ride to see your excitement, happiness just filled my heart with joy.  I enjoyed listening to you talk about your day the best way you could.  You are like one of my own kids.  You brought so much joy, happiness to our home.   Loving you was so easy.  My heart has a huge empty spot the day you left to be with Jesus.   I am comforted knowing you are in heaven healed, talking, singing, dancing, plus riding the Jesus train.   I am humbled that God chose us to be your home away from home.  God blessed me and my family by bringing Tyler into our lives.  We couldn't have asked for a better family to add to our family.  You will always be loved Tyler and will be thought of with every train ride, to popcorn shrimp, to laughing at a burp.  I can't wait to hear your voice and all the stories you have to share about how my family made you laugh.  My last moment with you was holding your hand and kissing you on your head to comfort you.  I didn't realize that would be the last time I saw you.  I will forever cherish that moment with you.

Dave and Laura, I am so sorry for your loss and am glad you got to have Tyler in your lives for as long as you did. I've never met Tyler, but having worked with Dave for almost a decade I have witnessed what generous, kind, loving people you all are, and I am honored and grateful to know you. Phil and I send you our love and support. 

The imprint Tyler made on our hearts is permanent.  We will always hear his laugh and his "HEY!" echo through our house.    As his caretaker for the past five years, it was truly an honor and humbling experience to have that opportunity.  The Parker Family made a difference in each of our lives.   Tyler you taught us to laugh at the simple sounds as well as enjoy a dance party in the middle of the afternoon and to take each moment and appreciate what it brings.   We loved watching you enjoy an afternoon popcorn snack to Ricky bringing home french fries from McDonald's for you to enjoy.  I will miss the facetime calls from across the room to hearing your youtube videos play.  You have touched our lives in ways only you can.  We know you are with Jesus and talking up a storm.  Tyler you are loved so very much.   Until we meet again wildman, we will carry you in our hearts.  

My favorite memory of Tyler was everytime I would go to the Parkers house for a sleepover with Faith. I remember Tyler either in his room or just sitting at his piano. I remember sitting next to him on the piano and playing random songs that were prerecorded on the piano and pretend like we knew how to play them. I remember just holding his hands and just dancing for a little bit. He was always stronger than me so if he wanted to do a certain move with his hands there would be no stopping him. Tyler was such a sweet soul. Every Sunday morning I would see him walk in with Laura and in the hands of one of the women of Arlington he went. Dave and Laura you were and still are such amazing, God fearing parents and the love of Christ definitely shined through you to him. Faith, he loved you so incredibly much. From silly videos to just the look in your eyes when you were with him was pure love. Y’all are such an amazing family and I’m very blessed to know y’all. God Bless. 

I have known Ty since the summer of 1999.  Tyler and my late husband, Richard became “buds” through their love of trains.  Ty was always laughing, so contagious!  The happiest young man I have ever met, always wanting to dance, play, ride on trains and ride in his Dad’s truck.  David, Laura and Faith, my heart has broken for you.  I will miss Ty and his unconditional love for everyone he met.  To all of the Parker Family, I am so sorry for your loss, please accept my sincerest sympathies.  Ty, you are whole now with Jesus. I never had the privilege or pleasure of meeting Tyler, or any of the Parkers, personally. But we have been customers of Parking Plumbing (now E.R. Services) since 2002. They have always provided excellent service and I’m not surprised to find out from where their character and compassion comes. Tyler beams with the light of Christ and the joy that he knows first hand now. Our condolences to this precious family for your loss of Tyler. May you know the comfort and peace of our compassionate King and Savior.

I met Ty at Ernie and Valeries home the first week of Feb this year. His attention getter was 'Hey!'. I believe he also was learning Valeries name and Randy Ferlands name...Via via was Val and Reea Reea was Randy. He loved his ipad and he and I recorded an amazing time we were having listening to a crazy music with "fart" sounds dubbed in...we laughed until my stomache hurt. After that he'd point to the two of us in that video then point to me. One other morning we had some of his music on and were dancing with just our arms. He suddenly grabbed my arm and dragged me towards his room with Valerie to show me his piano. His connections were amazing. We hammered that keyboard with sheer joy!! Then on Sundays we attended Capital Church and he worshipped...he clapped and shook his head and Loved the music.
In that 10 days I just fell in love with this beautiful young man. I will miss you terribly Ty...I can imagine your beautiful Soul totally restored and in heaven with your Jesus! Cant wait to see you there!

David and I express our sympathy to David, Laura, and family. We always enjoyed watching Tyler in church enjoying the music and worshipping in his own way. He brought much joy to everybody around him. He is dancing and worshipping with the Angel's now. Praise God! 

As an employee at E.R Services it was always a joy to see Tyler come by the shop. No matter how our day was going and Dave, Laura or his caretaker brought him by it uplifted the entire team.  I am so proud that I got to experience his life because he lived it to the fullest and was always so happy.  The day Dave and Laura brought him out to visit our property he just took to my wife and daughter, Courtney and Kinley, and had so much joy in his heart.  I was so proud that day because that got to met him.  He practically couldn’t let them go.  He had such an uplifting personality and was always a joy to be around.  We will miss you buddy!!

My memory of Tyler begins as our neighbor down the street. I loved seeing him so much when we would go into the culdesac. He would always be waving and greeting us!
