Preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, John J. Olson. Verna is survived by her children, Paul, Mary (Robert) Lais, David (Mary Beth) and Aaron; grandchildren, Camden, Danielle, Lori; step-grandchildren, Brigitte (Brandon), Joshua and Jonathan; great-grandchildren, Cesar, Charlie, Jacob, Julien and Bella; many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will begin at 10am until time of service at 11am on Friday, April 29, 2022 at Sunset Funeral Chapel, 2250 St. Anthony Blvd NE, Minneapolis. Burial at Sunset Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Alzheimer’s Association.
