Bob was proud to have graduated from Minneapolis Vo-tech in 1954. He then served 4 years in the Navy. Bob was married to Ardis for 54 years. They were longtime members of St. Peder's church. They owned Bob’s Dairy Store in south Minneapolis for 16 years along with being a traveling salesman. He became a member of Northwest Salesman Association and Northwest Shoe Travelers.
Preceded in Death by Loving Wife, Ardis; Parents, Edward & Helga; Sister; Delores Griep; Brothers; Willard, Norman & Russell.
Deeply missed by Children, Mike (Angie), Tom, Terri, Beth (Bob) Schillerstrom, and Dan (Karen); Grandchildren, Andria, Travis, Jeremiah, Shelby, Amanda, Sarah, Karissa and Amy; Siblings, Ardie (Roger) Volden and Bernie Zembal; Sisters-in-law, Verona, Dorothy, and Wilma; along with many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held August 11, 2016, 11:00 AM at St. Peder’s church 4600 E 42nd Street Minneapolis, MN 55406. With a visitation prior to the service at 9:30.
