Preceded in death by his son, Richie.
He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 64 years, Marlene; his children, Greg (Paula) Ballanger, Lynn (Steve) Kraatz, and Paul (Deni Jo) Ballanger; grandchildren, Stephanie (Eric) Citrowske, Rachel (Paul) Koep, Shawn, Brian (Annie) Kraatz, Ashley and Jenna; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Peyton, Zoe, Roxie and Harper.
Prayer Service 11:00 AM Thursday, October 9, 2014, Kapala-Glodek Funeral Home, 230 13th Avenue NE, Minneapolis with visitation one hour prior to service. Private interment Crystal Lake Cemetery.
