Richard V. Kozak

Died unexpectedly but peacefully in his home on October 8, 2016 in Long Lake, Minnesota, at the age of 75.

He is survived by his ex-wife, Barbara Ann North. His 3 children Denise Alden (Leher); Catherine Tutt; and Christopher Kozak (Tracy); his grandchildren Jeanine Marano (Joe), Marshall Tutt, Nikolai and Seth Kozak; his sisters Darlene Baldwin and Kathi Fox.

He is preceded in death by his parents Stephen and Sophie Kozak.

He lived most of his life in Long Lake. He was an avid gardener and landscaper and his yard was filled with a veritable assortment of trees, bushes, fruits and flowers.

Mass of Christian Burial 2:30 PM, Friday, October 14, 2016, Church of All Saints, 435 4th Street Northeast, Minneapolis with visitation one half hour prior. All are welcome to attend and remember Richard’s life.
