Age 85, of Minneapolis. Mavis was surrounded by her children as she passed from this world into the arms of her Lord on July 25.
Preceded in death by 1st husband Warren Morningstar, and last husband Leo.
Survived by children, Marilyn (Richard) Blackford, Martin (Karen) Morningstar, Rebecca (Kevin) Jaggars, Randy (Diane) Morningstar and Robyn (Calvin) Bruns; sister Marjorie Heir; 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends. Mavis will be deeply missed by all that knew her.
Service on Wednesday, August 6th, 1:00 PM at Sunset Funeral Home, 2250 St. Anthony Blvd. NE, Minneapolis, with visitation 1 hour prior. Interment at Sunset Cemetery at future date.
