Laurel Beth Kunze

Laurie was one of the most caring, loveable, kind and giving people to ever walk this earth and we were blessed to have her in our family. She always put the needs of family and others before her own. Laurie was a strong woman who faced every challenge in her life with courage and dignity. She was a source of inspiration to us all and she will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched. Laurie was a true role model who we will always look up to.

In 1988, she met her Partner Troy Kunze. On April 9, 1994, they were united in marriage and together they went on to have their Daughter Julia. Laurie was a wonderful and loving mother who gave her all to her family. We will never be able to fill the space left behind by her passing.

Laurie was predeceased by her Mother Julaine Wachholz, Grandparents Tom and Doris Blyton, and Grandparents Emma and Art Wachholz. Laurie is survived by Daughter Julia Kunze, Partner Troy Kunze, Grandson Vontrell Jackson, Father Dave (Maryann) Wachholz, Sister Amy (Bill) Beckjorden, Brother Mike (Sandy) Wachholz, and numerous Cousins, Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Step-Siblings.

The funeral service will be held at Saint Andrews Church in Mahtomedi on February 16, 2024. Visitation will be at 10:00am, Service at 11:00am, followed by a luncheon. No burial service will be held at this time.

Laurie will always be in our hearts, and we will never forget her. We love her so much. Rest in peace.
