81, was invited to paint the canvases of heaven on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 11, 2014.

The Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday at 10:30 am at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 15 Indianola Ave, Des Moines. A rosary will be said in Mom's honor at the church at 10:00 am, immediately prior to the Memorial Mass. Inurnment at Glendale Cemetery will immediately follow the service and the family requests that you then join us for a luncheon/Celebration of Mom's Life at 12:30 pm at Blank Golf Course Banquet Room, 808 County Line Rd, Des Moines.

Survived by children, Rose (Kirk) Meisinger, William "Skeet" (Crystal), Beth (David) Farrington, Jennifer, Patti "Pitter" (Mike) McLean. She will also be missed by her ten grandchildren, Morgan (Stephan) Grot, Erika (Colin) Conces, Max Meisinger (Breann Dougherty), Christine (David) Malott, Bobbie Jo Young (Jason Penyich), Craig (Tiffany), Abbey (Josh) Rosen and Spc Zachary Farrington, US Army, Sean and Nic McLean; her eleven great-grandchildren Jones and Adeline Grot, Tony and Ariana Malott, Kyra and Devin Young, and Brantley, Aiden, Carter Rosen; and two great-granddaughters expected to arrive in the near future. Additionally, she is survived by special cousin Paul (Ann) Melton, Brother-in-law, Francis "F.X." (June); three nephews, John, Jeff (Allison) and Chris (Lucy); her beloved car KeeKee and an incredible group of dear and loving friends.

Waiting with open arms to welcome Mom home are Dad, William; her parents, Joe and Anna (Mikschl) Melton; and her grandson, Patrick McLean.
