Age 25 of Brooklyn Center, passed away on Monday, July 4th, 2016.
Emily's time with us was much too short, but we are grateful that we were blessed to have her in our lives.
Even though she battled with her illness, she never let it get in the way of what she loved most - her family - especially her children; her zest for nature and taking walks in the woods; holidays; going shopping; singing and listening to music; and being a "BC Girl for Life!"
Emily was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ottostan Babel & Dorothy Asleson.
She will be deeply missed by her children, Ahleauna & Dante; mom, Julie Bergstrom; dad, Paul (Medy) Babel; sister, Amber Babel (Erik Anderson); brothers, Joseph Babel & Chad Babel; husband, Jorge Briones; grandparents, Manfred and Sandra Bergstrom; and by many loving relatives & friends.
Visitation: 4:00 -7:00 PM, Friday and 1 hour prior to the Funeral Service, which will take place on Saturday at 11:00 AM. All will be held at Sunset Funeral Home & Cemetery, 2250 St. Anthony Blvd. NE, Minneapolis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
