Born April 22, 1925 in NE Mpls - Died Dec. 8, 2017 in Mpls. at the age of 92 years. He is preceded in death by wife, Bette; parents, Paul and Victoria; siblings, Frank, Matthew, Walter, Raymond, Paul, Stella, Bernice, Jennie, Emelia, Dolores, Marguerite and Wanda; nephews, Gary and John. He is survived by step-son, Gary (Judy) Stelton; grandchildren, David, Sandie, Carol (Rollie); 8 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Virginia (Rolland); many nieces; nephews; relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial 10AM Friday December 15, 2017 at Church of All Saints, 435 4th St. NE at 5th St., Minneapolis, MN. Visitation 1 hour prior to mass at the church. Interment Sunset Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN. Edward was a WWII Army Veteran, Purple Heart recipient (wounded in the S. Pacific), a life member of the DAV and also of All Saints Catholic Church. He retired from Valspar Corp. after 40 years of employment. Memorials are preferred to the DAV (Mpls. Chapter No.1) or to the church.
