Age 15, of Burnsville, MN
Passed away unexpectedly September 3, 2017 due to complications from an asthma attack which occurred on September 1. .
Dee Anna made her final transition on September 6, 2017.
Dee Anna will forever be missed by her mom, Sarah Whittle; sister, Destiny Whittle; brother, Davion Thompson; grandparents, Oscar Whittle and Cheryl Whittle; uncles, Chris Maxie, Trevor Whittle (wife-Latoya); aunt, Yashica Turner, great-grandparents, Carmell Whittle, Claudia Williams, Lucille Williams; numerous cousins, other relatives, friends and classmates.
Special acknowledgement to those who stayed at Dee Anna's bedside during her stay in the hospital , including best friend, classmate and first responder, Rahi Murdock and first cousin, Laplashay Maxie from Fresno, California. The family would like to give special thanks to Burnsville Police Dept. and Paramedics, Fairview Ridges Hospital ER staff, University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital PICU doctors and nursing staff, and Life Source for their treatment, kindness and support.
Dee Anna was a current student at Burnsville High School preparing to enter the 10th grade. Dee Anna wanted to become a scientist and was excited about taking AP classes. Dee Anna had a smile and jokes that would warm your heart and make your day.

A celebration of Dee Anna’s life will be from 12 noon until 5:00 pm on Saturday 9/23/2017 at
University Presbyterian Church Recreation Hall located at 1776 E. Roberts Ave. Fresno, CA 93710
