Darlene was born and raised in Mahtomedi & St. Paul. Later nicknamed Dolly, she lit up the room with her vibrant personality, laughter and beautiful blue eyes. She knew how to talk to anyone and she made everyone feel loved and accepted. She was a prayer warrior and she boldly proclaimed her faith in Jesus Christ. Together with her husband Ron, family members and friends, Dolly had a lot of adventures. Dolly was a beloved daughter, wife, auntie and friend. She worked as a hairdresser, as a proofreader for West Publishing and as a unit coordinator for Midway & Bethesda Hospitals. Preceded in death by husband Ronald Murray, parents Charles & Mabel Wolleat, brother Peter, sisters Geri Sander and Ethel Boudah, nephews Terry Wolleat & Joel Wolleat, great niece Solveig Johnson and many other relatives and friends. Survived by brother Paul Wolleat (Darlene), nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Thank you to the home-care nurses, the staff of Eaglecrest in Roseville and Optage for your love and dedication.
Celebration of life in the chapel at North Heights Lutheran Church, 1700 West Hwy 96, Arden Hills, MN 55112, Friday, August 12 at 11 AM with visitation beginning at 10 AM. Memorials preferred to North Heights Lutheran Church.
