age 30 of Baldwin, Wisconsin, died Wednesday, September 30, 2015 surrounded by her family at Region’s Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota
after a hard fought and courageous battle with breast cancer.
Darcy was born on January 3, 1985 in Baldwin, the daughter of Doug and Dianne (Shafer) Lee. She graduated from Baldwin-Woodville High School in 2003. She pursued a career as a vet tech and recently became a registered nurse as she had a passion for caring for and nurturing both animals and humans. Darcy was strong and determined to succeed at everything she tried and her best accomplishment was her baby daughter Lydia.
Darcy will forever remain in the hearts of her husband Jordon, baby daughter Lydia, her parents Doug and Dianne Lee, brothers Derek Lee and Darren Lee and niece Keelyn Lee all of Baldwin, other relatives, many friends, and her beloved pets.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents Howard and Helen Lee and Gerald and Valera Shafer and uncle Dennis Shafer.
A Celebration of Life for Darcy will be from 1:00 PM-5:00 PM with Memorial Service at 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 10th at the Lee family farm at 878 240th St. in Baldwin.
Memorials are preferred.
