He was preceded in death by his Wife Phyllis, his Parents Frank and Bessie (Pavlicek) Vohnoutka, and Siblings Miriam Rafdal, Richard Vohnoutka, Angeline Busch, and George Vohnoutka.
Surviving him are his Three Sons: Dennis (Irene) Vohnoutka, Gary Vohnoutka, and Richard Vohnoutka; as well as his Siblings: Robert, Francis "Fran", and Joseph Vohnoutka, Rosemary Borchardt, and Eleanor Jacobs.
