Allen was preceded in death by his parents, Sally and Don Olson; brother, James.
Allen will be deeply missed by his children, Eric and Sally; grandchildren, Christian (Hallie) and Katie; great-grandson, Levi; siblings, David, Denise and Wayne.
Allen worked for St. Paul Labor 132 for 33 years.
Visitation will begin at 1pm on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at Sunset Funeral Chapel, 2250 St. Anthony Blvd NE, Minneapolis, followed by funeral service at 2pm. Interment at Sunset Cemetery.
