Devine, William James, 87, of Port Jefferson Station, passed away on March 2, 2014. Born on the 4th of July, Bill was a fierce patriot and proud Navy veteran having served in WWII. “Grandpa Bill” or “Uncle Bill” will be deeply missed by his adopted families as well as the many friends who cherished him and loved his jokes. He is predeceased by his siblings Mary Carlson and Harry. Reposing at the O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 1001 Rt. 25A, Miller Place, L.I. Visitation Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass Monday 10 am at St. Louis deMontfort R.C. Church. Interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery
