Susan Forbes-Condon

Susan Forbes/Condon passed away suddenly at age 45 at her home. She is survived by her husband Donald, daughter Katelyn, son William, parents Tom and Barbara, sister Tracy, mother and father in law Trudy and Ed, brothers in law Larry, Jim, Ron, and Kevin, sisters in law Marybeth, Kathy, Chris, nephews Patrick, Richard, Alexander, Joseph, Jack, Daniel, Matthew, nieces Jane, Brittany, and Meghan, and countless other loved family members. Susan’s life will be celebrated at O.B. Davis Funeral Home, 1001 Route 25A, Miller Place, NY 11764 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Friday, September 16th. Susan put tremendous love and radiated her kind and compassionate spirit into everything she did, which was always about her love for others: a caring and attentive mother, a dedicated teacher, Girl Scout leader, wife and loving partner, caring neighbor, and lover of animals! She made countless family memories, never to be forgotten, as she was always the chief planner to trips to Disney, Woodloch Pines, Hershey, or just relaxing at the beach! She loved her board games, puzzles, playing tennis, scuba diving, and 80s music!!!!!

A visitation for Susan will be held Friday, September 16, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes, 1001 Route 25A, Miller Place, New York 11764.

A funeral mass will occur Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 10:00 AM at St Louis de Montfort RC Church, 75 New York Ave, Sound Beach, New York 11789.
