Linnick, Julia A. 89, of Port St. Lucie, FL, died October 11, 2010 at Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart, FL. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Julia was a resident of Port St. Lucie since 2000, moving from Torrington, CT. Prior to retirement, she was a Secretary for Jay Krokow Mfg. in Brooklyn, NY for 21 years. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Nicholas M. Linnick. Survivors include two daughters, Carole Romaglino of Port St. Lucie, FL, Judi Petruzelli of Torrington, CT; two sons, Gregory Linnick of Torrington, CT, John Linnick of Berlin, CT; one brother Peter Skorewicz of Peekskill,NY; 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Reposing O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 1001 Route 25A, Miller Place, LI. Visitation Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass Monday at 10:30 AM at St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church, Rocky Point, LI. Interment Calverton National Cemetery.
