Slade Jd Streeper

September 20, 2010 - June 15, 2011

Our precious baby boy, Slade JD Streeper passed away at Primary Children’s Medical Center on June 15, 2011. In his short 9 months he filled our hearts with happiness and love. His smile was infectious and his eyes captivating. Through all his pain and struggles he still found the joy of life and fought his disease with courage and strength. He will be missed by his loving family, Momma Carolee Streeper, Mommy Nedra Palmer Streeper and his big sister Scout M Streeper, grandparents Ned and Marilyn Palmer and Mildred J. Streeper and all of his aunts, uncles and cousins.

Preceded in death by his grandfather Dale W. Streeper

A viewing will be held on Monday June 20, 2011 @ 12:30 pm at Wasatch Lawn Memorial, 3401 Highland Drive. The graveside service will be directly following the viewing at 1:30 pm at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
