Shelley C Dale

Shelley Carlisle Dale passed away in her Sandy home surrounded by loved ones, October 2, 2016. Shelley was born February 18, 1956 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Raymond and Caroline Carlisle. Shelley married her sweetheart Galen Dale on July 1, 1990 in Elko, Nevada.

Shelley was a kind, beautiful, and funny woman who had the biggest heart. She was strong, tough, and a fighter up until the very end. She was able to travel the world with her husband. They traveled to Spain, Italy, France, Switzerland, and her two favorites being Australia and Hawaii.

Shelley was a great mother and fantastic grandmother. Her grandchildren were the light in her life. To say she spoiled her grandchildren would be an understatement.

Shelley is preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Denny. Shelley is survived by her husband, children Ashley (Jake) Savage, Shannon (Heather) Dale, and Sara (Brent) Simmons, and five grandchildren.

A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, October 7, 2016 at 1:00PM at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 South Highland Drive, SLC, UT. Inurnment will take place at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.

Shelley will be missed each and every day. We will miss her smile, her laugh and especially her hugs. We will think of you every day and talk to you often. We love you!
