Shane was born on December 31, 1966 to Michael and Delores Caldwell in Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from Sentinel High School in Missoula, Montana.
Shane loved his family dearly. He enjoyed the outdoors; skiing, golfing, and especially hunting and fishing with his father.
He is survived by his parents Michael and Delores, siblings Kim (Blane) Hadley and Debra (Travis) Wade, nieces and nephew Megan, Alli, Brooke, and Jack.
A visitation for Shane will be held Wednesday, January 17, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 S. Highland Drive, Millcreek, Utah 84106. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 1:00 PM with an interment to follow at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
