

She was born on December 9, 1938 to Andrew Brimhall Foley and Cleola Hatch Foley near Los Angeles, California. During her adult life she lived in Los Altos Hills and Los Altos, CA, Henderson, NV, Ivins and Springville, UT. Sandi enjoyed cooking, gardening, sewing, needlepoint, jewelry, and traveling abroad. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in the Church throughout her life. Above all else, she was a devoted wife and mother who loved her husband Richard, their nine sons, and their posterity.
She was predeceased by her parents, her sister Florence Foley Duncan, and her husband. She is survived by her sisters Kathleen Foley Schilling, Julia Foley Hirsch, and Annene Foley Hogge, by her nine sons Brent, Craig, Bryce, Reed, Michael, Clark, Lance, Mark, and Rob, and by 42 grandchildren and 49 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 6, 2024 at 1:00 pm at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary chapel 3401 S Highland Drive in Millcreek, UT 84106 after which she will be laid to rest at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park beside her beloved Richard.
