Marian B Daniels

1923 ~ 2010

Our loving wife and mother passed away peacefully at home on October 6, 2010. She was born September 21, 1923 in Salt Lake City to Nils and Fay Cornwall Bolin. She grew up in New Jersey but returned to Utah to attend the University of Utah. She married the love of her life, Courtney R. Daniels on February 12, 1944. They were sealed for time and all eternity February 12, 1974 in the Saint George Temple. She was a faithful member and willing worker of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Marian learned at a young age “We are all God’s children” and spent her life treating others as such. She was blessed with a keen mind, artistic ability and good humor. Her family was her focus and purpose. She is mother to Courtney “Dan” (Melinda), Peter (Tanya), Jonathan (Jacqueline), Mark (Sabrina), Michael (Cherie), Suann (Jerry), Sally (Lynn), Joseph (Natalie). She is Grandmother and Great-grandmother of 41 to date. Marian was preceded, in death, by her brother Robert C. Bolin and her son Mark C. Daniels.

Funeral services will be held Monday, October 11, 2010 at 12:00 noon at the East Millcreek 1st Ward, 2702 East Evergreen Avenue (3435 South). Friends may call Sunday evening October 10, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary (3401 Highland Drive) and on Monday, from 10:45 to 11:45 am, at the church. Interment: Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
