A dear son, brother, uncle, cousin, neighbor and friend passed away peacefully at the age of 84 surrounded by his brother Tom, nephew Nick and 2 of his good friends, Chris Favret and Nicole Paquin. He took his final breath on February 23rd, 2023 in San Diego California.
The oldest of four children, Kent was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He graduated from South High School in Salt Lake City Utah, and almost immediately moved to San Francisco, California. He eventually moved further south to San Diego where he purchased a home close to the Torrey Pines Golf Course, where he enjoyed playing golf. Kent lived a peaceful life and was known to be kind to everyone, always placing other's needs in front of his own.
He was a man of his word, working until the day he was taken to the hospital. He was an entrepreneur who started several small businesses. In his later years his neighborhood enjoyed the delicious, freshly harvested avocados which grew from the several trees he planted.
Kent was preceded in death by his father and mother, Kent Robinson and Ivene Bradshaw Morgan as well as his younger brother, John. He is survived by his other younger brother Tom (JoAnn) and younger sister Marilyn Miles (Jerry Causi), 6 nephews, 1 niece, 8 great-nephews and 5 great nieces as well as many 1st and 2nd cousins.
We'd like to give special thanks to the LoJolla Vista care center caregivers, Guss, and the hospice nurses who lovingly cared for him until his passing. There will be a graveside celebration on March 16th at the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Gardens where he will be laid to rest close to his parents and brother John.
"Until we meet again, dear brother, you will be missed by many."
